Return Policy

We are confident about the quality of the coffee we sell and hope that you too would like it as much as we do.  However, if you are unsatisfied with any purchase you made, please feel free to contact us within 21 days of shipment on getcoffee@sateeshkaapi.com or call us at xxxxxxx, for a replacement or 100% refund of the purchase amount back to your account.

Please ensure to include the following details:

1.  Name & Date of purchase
2. Name and number of items purchased
3. The items you would like to refund
4. The reason for the return (optional, though your feedback is appreciated as this would help us improve our products and the brand)

Please note:

• All coffee should be returned with their original packaging in case of refunds
• Refunds will be initiated within 3 days of notification. The amount of time for the refund to reflect in customer’s account depends on the clearing cycle of the customer’s bank
